Choose Audit: The challenge
Audit and Assurance has so many opportunities for students, but students just weren’t aware of what the industry was all about. Our collective challenge was how do you educate more 16-24 year olds about the benefits and career pathways in Audit and Assurance, whilst building a strong pipeline that sparks hires?
How we worked together

Collaborating with over 8 organisations, the Choose Audit campaign came to life. Hosted on its own website, we built a home for challenges, a content vault and educational materials to help students delve deeper into audit as a potential career pathway. Through user-generated content, an extensive social media campaign and promotional activities such as brand ambassadors and email marketing, we reached Gen Z where they are and the results speak for themselves.

The Impact
Using extensive brand ambassador amplification across university campuses and online, the campaign reached students far and wide. It changed perceptions of an industry that may not have been considered otherwise, and drove successful hires for talented students and exceptional employers. That’s what it’s all about.
